Before delivery, we take cautious testing before installation. We operate on software and LED sign atleast two days before delivery. When the displays are delivered, we supply full set of Technical documents and accessories:

- PC Software Program
- PC Type Remote Control (battery included)
- Rs232 Connection Serial Cable wire
- Power Supply (within the display)
- Invoice

According to the customer`s requirements, Karpaty LED Sign, Support and Sales Department will supply full set of project LED display solution to the customer with our engineer`s technical advices.

1 year of maintenance since the installation of the LED display; At times of technical problem, our engineer will provide free technology support through phone and email.
